Should you become aware of a fire emergency before your detectors sense the problem, go to your nearest keypad and manually initiate an alarm by pressing the appropriate panic key s , assigned for FIRE.
The Test key puts your system into test mode, which allows each protection point to be checked for proper operation. Disarm the system and close all protected windows, doors, etc. The keypad will sound a single beep every 40 seconds as a reminder that the system is in TEST mode.
