Free weather data logger software

I've written quite a bit! At Weather Station Advisor, I joined the team to provide you with the best reviews, recommendations and advice to get the most out of your investment. As I've found out on my own, weather stations aren't cheap, and it's easy to make a costly mistake.

CumulusMX offers a web based interface. Cumulus is also a good software but way to complicated when one need to adjust the Rain month and Rain year. I tried CUMULUS several times and found it too complicated to adjust the rain date,rain month and rain year so I deleted the piece of crap from my computer.

Have been using VWS but it is no longer being updated. I liked the customisable display. However it only runs on MS Windows and the latest version required Win 7 or higher, which meant acquisition of another computer to run it on as the existing set up used Win XP and everything else has Linux OS installed. I have not found Cumulus difficult to set up — the VWS rainfall setup is just as difficult to correct if things get out of kilter.
