Game mystery ugly
Everything was so easy to plan and facilitate. I had about 20 guests and they all came ready to play with ugly sweaters and suggested props. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone even considering it. I wish I had used the pre-game feature, but everything was perfect even without it. I chose to do appetizers throughout the night instead of a sit down dinner and that too worked out really well. Only one person was actually able to solve the mystery.
Overall the game was excellent and we all had a great time! Taylor B on Dec 16th We had 27 players. I purchased the expansion kit as well. I only assigned 2 players to the news crew from the base game. You could have more but based on my group this worked best.

Have already picked out the next one. Unknown on Feb 17th This game was so much fun! I have hosted 3 My Mystery Party games in the past and I am a huge fan, but I was skeptical when I was asked to do this for our office Christmas party.
We had 17 attendees all women except 1 poor male so we women stepped into full character for some of the male roles, wearing mustaches and all. The game definitely worked as a team building activity, with all the mingling and working together to find out who did it. The ugly sweater theme was an absolute hit! The characters were very entertaining. My team loved it and praised me for doing all the work but I didn't have to do much because My Mystery Party did all the hard work for me!
It was my first time ordering the pre-packaged party pack and I was very impressed - it was organized and packaged so professionally. I hope my office asks me to host another game next year!
