From there you can add all the shortcuts and such and arrange to your needs. Just play around. Under the skins tab you can set the font color,sizing and transparency. Click on the change skin tab and you can select a skin from the current WB you are running or from an aspect of a stored skin.

That is the simple explanation and it can be that simple though it really is a strong and complex program-which I love!

If you want to go further and add your own images in the theme editor click the content tab highlight what you want to change and click configure.
